1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the collection, processing, storage, use and protection of personal data of users of the Pride Cars website.

The Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and applies to all information that Pride Cars may receive about the User when using the website, filling in forms, submitting requests, or contacting via messengers, email, phone or other communication channels.

This Policy applies to the website https://pridecars.com.ua/ and all its subdomains.

By using the site, filling in forms or submitting their data to Pride Cars, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to its terms.

2. Basic concepts

Personal data — any information that allows the User to be identified directly or indirectly.

User — any person who visits the Pride Cars website, submits a request, or contacts us via a form, messenger, email, phone or other communication channel.

Operator — the person who organizes and carries out the processing of personal data, and determines the purpose of such processing, the composition of the data and the procedure for handling it.

Processing of personal data — any action with personal data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, clarification, use, transfer, blocking, deletion or destruction.

3. What personal data Pride Cars may process

Pride Cars may process the following personal data of the User:

city of car pick-up or return;
address for delivery or return of the car, if the User provides it for arranging the service;
preferred rental dates;
selected car, car class or preferences regarding the car;
information about additional services: child seat, additional driver, travel abroad, transfer, car delivery, etc.;
comments, wishes or other information that the User voluntarily leaves in the request form or message;
for B2B requests: company name, contact person's name, position, phone, email, request format, preferred rental period, number or class of cars;
technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, traffic source, behavior on the site, cookies and other anonymized analytical data.

If a rental is arranged further, Pride Cars may separately request documents necessary for concluding the contract and providing the service, in particular passport details, driver's license, and data on age and driving experience. Such data is processed only to the extent necessary to confirm identity, conclude the contract, verify the right to drive a vehicle and perform the terms of the rental.

Pride Cars does not collect special categories of personal data, such as information about health, political views, religious beliefs, biometric or other sensitive data, unless the User provides such information on their own without a request from the Operator.

4. Purpose of processing personal data

Pride Cars processes Users' personal data for the following purposes:

receiving and processing car rental requests;
contacting the User after a request has been submitted;
clarifying booking details, rental period, pick-up city, and car delivery or return;
selecting a car or an alternative car of the appropriate class;
drawing up the rental agreement and supporting the delivery of the service;
organizing additional services;
communication regarding travel abroad, preparation of documents or other individual terms;
processing B2B requests and preparing corporate proposals;
providing consultations and responses to inquiries;
informing the User about the status of a request, rental terms, payment, deposit, documents and other organizational matters;
improving the website, the catalog structure, the service and the quality of communication;
analytics of site traffic and user behavior;
sending informational or marketing messages, provided that the User has provided their contact details or does not object to such communication;
compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

Pride Cars processes the User's personal data on the following grounds:

the User's consent, given by filling in a form or submitting a request, message or inquiry;
the need to process data for the preparation, conclusion and performance of the rental agreement;
the need to fulfill the Operator's legal obligations;
the Operator's legitimate interest, in particular to improve the service, protect the company's rights, keep records of requests and prevent abuse;

By filling in forms on the site or transmitting data via email, phone, messengers or other communication channels, the User confirms that they provide their data voluntarily.

6. How Pride Cars collects personal data

Personal data may be collected through:

the car booking form;
the B2B inquiry form;
the feedback form;

phone calls;
messengers: Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp;
Google Forms or other tools for receiving requests;
a CRM system after it is connected;

Pride Cars processes only the data that the User provides voluntarily or that is collected automatically when using the site in accordance with browser and cookie settings.

7. Transfer of personal data to third parties

Pride Cars does not sell, exchange or transfer Users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data may be transferred only when it is necessary for:

processing a request and providing the car rental service;
the work of Pride Cars managers;
using email, messengers, Telegram, Google Forms, CRM or other services for receiving and supporting requests;
technical maintenance of the site;
the operation of the hosting provider;

payment processing, if the relevant payment tools are connected;
accounting, legal or contractual support;
compliance with legal requirements or requests of authorized state bodies.

All third parties who may have access to personal data receive only the amount of information necessary to perform a specific function.

8. Storage of personal data

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

13. Data of minors

The Pride Cars website is not intended for collecting personal data of children.

Car rental services are provided to persons who meet the requirements for age, driving experience and documents. If Pride Cars becomes aware that personal data has been provided by a person who is not entitled to use the relevant service independently, such data may be deleted or processing may be stopped.

14. Cross-border transfer of personal data

Due to the use of certain technical services, hosting, analytics, email services, messengers, Google Forms, CRM or other digital tools, personal data may be processed or stored on servers located outside Ukraine.

In such a case, Pride Cars takes reasonable measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.

Personal data is transferred outside Ukraine only when necessary to process a request, communicate with the User, provide a service, perform a contract or use technical services necessary for the operation of the site.
