Driver requirements
To rent a car, you need:
- driver's age — from 21 years old
- driving experience — from 2 years
- a valid driver's license
In some cases, renting from age 18 is possible by individual agreement and with an increased deposit.
Documents for registration
To conclude a rental agreement, you must provide:
- passport
- tax identification number
- driver's license
- contact phone number
Documents may be checked before the booking is confirmed.
Payment and deposit
Rental payment is made when receiving the car. Available payment methods:
Cash
Card
Cryptocurrency
A security deposit is also paid before the rental starts.

- the deposit is refunded after the rental ends if the car is returned without damage.
Terms of use of the car
Mileage limit
300 km per day. If exceeded — UAH 10 for each additional kilometer.
The car is handed over:
- clean
- fueled up
- in good technical condition
The car must be returned:
- with the same fuel level
- clean or you pay for a car wash.
Recommended gas stations
To guarantee fuel quality and stable operation of the car, we recommend refueling only at trusted gas station chains:
- OKKO
- WOG
- STELS
- SOCAR
Geography of use
Pride Cars vehicles can be used throughout the whole territory of Ukraine,except for regions where active hostilities are taking place.
Traveling abroad is possible by prior agreement with the company.
Restrictions
During the rental it is prohibited to:
- hand the car over to third parties
- use the car as a taxi
- use the car in sports competitions
- smoke in the car
- repair the car on your own.
Additional options
Up to two additional drivers can be added to the contract. Handing the car over to third parties who are not listed in the contract is prohibited.

Traveling abroad
Traveling outside Ukraine is possible by prior agreement. Pride Cars will prepare a package of documents:
- travel permission
- Green Card international insurance
- registration documents
- other necessary documents.
The standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
If a problem occurs
In case of a breakdown or accident:
- Contact a Pride Cars manager immediately.
- We will advise you on what to do next.
- If necessary, we will arrange technical assistance or a replacement car.
Failure to follow the procedure may affect insurance coverage.

The car can be returned in another city where Pride Cars operates, by prior agreement.
If the car is returned at a different location, the terms and possible additional costs are agreed with the manager when booking.
FAQ
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes use of the selected car for the agreed period, basic insurance, manager support and free car delivery within the city — to a hotel, train station, airport or another agreed address. The car is handed over clean, in good technical condition and with a full tank. The mileage limit is 300 km per day; excess mileage is charged separately.
Can I hand the car over to another person?
You may not hand the car over to another person without approval. If someone else will also drive the car, they must be registered as an additional driver and their details added to the rental agreement. For rentals of up to 5 days, the additional driver service costs €5 / day, and for rentals of 5 days or more it is provided free of charge.
Are there discounts for regular customers?
Yes, individual terms are available for regular customers. A discount or personal offer depends on how often you rent, the rental period, the car class and the type of cooperation. We are open to flexible solutions, especially for customers who use the service regularly or rent a car for a longer period.
What payment options are available?
We accept various payment methods: cash, bank transfer, card terminal payment and cryptocurrency. After you submit a request, a manager will contact you to confirm the car, rental period, deposit and a convenient payment method.
What should I do in case of a breakdown or accident?
In case of a breakdown, an accident or any other non-standard situation on the road, contact Pride Cars immediately. A manager will advise you on the next steps and help you get oriented quickly. It is important not to handle the situation on your own without notifying the company, as correct insurance coverage may depend on it. All Pride Cars vehicles have mandatory insurance and CASCO with a deductible.
Can I order additional services?
Yes, additional services can be ordered when booking. Available options include a child seat, an additional driver, delivery and return of the car to an agreed address, a car wash service, and preparation of documents for traveling abroad. Some options have a fixed price, while others are agreed individually depending on the route, time and rental terms.
